1. How can I pay in installments?

💎 PAYPAL – up to 24 monthly installments

PayPal is the most flexible installment payment method because it allows you to split the amount into up to 24 monthly installments. In some cases, instead of 24, you may see options for 6 or 12 installments: it always depends on your account.

👉 How it works:

  1. Add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your personal and shipping information.
  3. In the  Payment Method section, select  PayPal.
  4. The PayPal window will open: log in with your credentials.
  5. If your account is eligible, you will see the option  “Pay in 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 installments”. Simply choose the one you prefer and confirm.

👉 Frequently Asked Questions about PayPal:

  • “Why isn't the installment option appearing for me?”

    This means that for your account or for that amount, PayPal does not grant credit. In this case, you can pay in a single installment or use another installment system (Scalapay, Klarna, Oney).
  • “Initially, I saw the installments, then the transaction failed and I no longer see them, why?”

    In that case, PayPal conducted a review and did not approve the financing. After the refusal, the option no longer appears because your account is not eligible for that amount.
  • “Can I use Postepay to pay in installments with PayPal?”

    No. PayPal does not accept Postepay for installment payments. You must have a traditional credit or debit card linked.
  • "When will I receive the final confirmation?"

    Immediately within PayPal: if you complete the procedure with the selected installments, the order is confirmed as an installment payment.

👉 In summary on PayPal:

If you are eligible, you can pay up to 24 monthly installments. If the option does not appear, disappears after a failed attempt, or if you are using Postepay, it means that PayPal does not grant you installment payments → it is advisable to use Scalapay or Klarna, which are simpler and faster.

💎 SEQURA – up to 12 monthly installments

Sequra allows you to split the amount into up to 12 monthly installments (Italy and Spain).

👉 How it works:

  1. Add the product to the cart.
  2. Go to checkout, enter all your details (name, address, phone, and correct email).
  3. Select Sequra – Pay in monthly installments and confirm.

👉 What happens next:

  • When you confirm the order, Sequra performs a pre-authorization: the funds are held but not yet charged.
  • After a few hours, you will always receive an email directly from Sequra (not from Minimal Gamers):

    If approved → you receive the welcome to financing email: the installment plan is active, and the held funds become installment payments.

    If declined → you receive a payment failure email: the held funds are released and recredited.

👉 Common customer error:

Many see our automated order confirmation email and think that the installment payment was successful. In reality, that email always arrives, even when Sequra has only blocked the funds without approval. The only valid confirmation is the Sequra email. If you do not receive it, the payment has not gone through.

⚠️ Remember: Sequra does not accept Postepay and, even with compatible cards, it may decline if credit is not granted.

💎 SCALAPAY (3 installments)

Scalapay is one of the simplest and fastest methods: it splits the amount into 3 installments without interest.

👉 How it works:

  • Add to cart → go to checkout → select Scalapay → complete the guided procedure.

👉 What to know:

  • Scalapay also accepts Postepay.
  • In many cases, it approves immediately without issues.
  • If your profile is not considered sufficiently “reliable,” it can still grant you installment payments by increasing the first installment (for example, a higher first installment and two lower ones). This is a way for Scalapay to protect itself, but it still allows you to complete the purchase.

💎 KLARNA (3 installments)

Similar to Scalapay, Klarna divides the amount into 3 monthly installments.

👉 How it works:

  • Add to cart → go to checkout → select Klarna → complete the guided procedure.

👉 What to know:

  • Klarna also accepts Postepay.
  • It is generally very flexible: if your profile is not completely reliable, it can still grant you installment payments by increasing the amount of the first installment compared to the others, to reduce its risk.
  • In this way, it manages to grant financing even to those who might not have obtained approval with PayPal or Sequra.

💎 ONEY – 4 monthly installments

Oney allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 monthly installments.It is the right solution for those who want a slightly longer installment plan than the 3 installments offered by Scalapay or Klarna, but do not need the 12 or 24 installments offered by Sequra and PayPal.

👉 How it works step by step:


  1. Add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. In the  Payment Method section, choose  Oney.

  3. Enter your  debit card  details (⚠️ it does not work with credit cards and does not work with Postepay).

  4. Complete the guided procedure: if you are eligible, the purchase is approved instantly and the order is confirmed.

👉 What happens if it fails:


  • Oney does not perform pre-authorizations: the response is immediate.

  • If the operation is accepted, the installment payment starts immediately.

  • If you are not eligible, an  error message  appears directly and the transaction is not completed.

👉 Important note:


  • It only works with debit cards, not with credit cards or Postepay.

  • In some cases, if your profile is not considered very reliable, Oney may still grant the financing by requesting a  higher first installment  and the other three lower: it is their way of reducing risk without completely denying you the purchase.

👉 Advantages of Oney:

It is quick and straightforward: if you are eligible, the purchase is confirmed in installments within seconds; if you are not eligible, you immediately receive a rejection message and can choose another method (for example, Scalapay or Klarna).

2. Company Policy on Refunds and Returns

For all products other than Gaming PCs (monitors, peripherals, accessories, etc.), it is possible to exercise the right of return within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and with the original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable.


Regarding custom-built Gaming PCs, the management follows different criteria: these are tailor-assembled products, with components selected and installed specifically for each customer. For this reason, the case of a possible return must be carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Our priority as a company is to directly handle the repair or replacement of components at our expense, ensuring that the PC is returned to the customer in optimal condition as quickly as possible.

Only in particularly exceptional and well-justified circumstances is the option of a return considered, as these are extreme situations to be discussed individually with the customer.

3. What if I want to cancel my order?

Order cancellation is possible within 60 minutes of purchase confirmation without any additional cost, by contacting our CUSTOMer Care WhatsApp with the order number.

After this period, the order automatically enters the processing and component procurement phase. In this case, cancellation is still possible, but a penalty equal to 10% of the total order value will be applied, necessary to cover the commission, management, and restocking costs already incurred by the company.

This rule also applies to purchases made with installment payments (Scalapay, Klarna, PayPal, Oney), as the amounts are credited to us in full at the time of the order.

4. How do I track my order?

When your PC is shipped, you will receive an SMS with the DHL tracking number and a dedicated link. From there, you can track all the stages of the shipment in real-time.

The link also allows you to manage the delivery independently: you can choose to postpone it, change the date, or authorize the courier to deliver to a trusted neighbor.

5. How can I change the shipping address?

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our CUSTOMer Care WhatsApp providing the new complete address: we will update the data for you.

If the order has already been handed over to DHL, you can modify the address directly from the link you receive via SMS along with the tracking. From there, the DHL system allows you to choose a new destination or an authorized pickup point.

6. What are the assembly and shipping times for a GAMING PC?

If you are among the very first lucky ones to purchase one of our promotions, it may happen that you find a PC already ready on the ground in our laboratories: in that case, the shipment departs immediately and within 24h the DHL courier delivers it to your home.

In other cases, each PC is hand-assembled and carefully tested by our technicians. The average processing time is 15 working days, that is from Monday to Friday, which corresponds to about 3 calendar weeks (21 days).

Delivery must be added to the processing:

  • 24h with DHL Express Courier (if chosen at checkout)
  • 3 days with Standard Shipping (if chosen at checkout).

In rare cases, there may be further small delays due to an influx of orders higher than normal.

7. How can I pay by Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, the procedure is different and requires direct contact with our CUSTOMer Care.

What you need to do:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and send us your complete details:


    Individuals: First Name, Last Name, Address, Tax Code


    Companies: Company Name, VAT Number, SDI/PEC Code, Complete Address


  2. We will send you a proforma invoice with the amount and bank details.
  3. Make the bank transfer following the details on the proforma.

  4. Send us the transfer receipt to speed up processing times.
  5. Once the amount is credited to our account, we issue the final invoice and your order officially begins processing.

👉 Remember: the order is processed only after the actual credit of the transfer.

8. Does the PC come ready or do I need to install Windows and drivers?

All our PCs are delivered ready to use.

  • We PRE-install Windows 11 Pro (Tray Version)
  • We install the essential drivers for the motherboard, video card, and main peripherals.
  • We perform stability and stress tests to ensure everything works optimally.

👉 When you receive the PC, you just need to plug it into the power, connect the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and you're ready to play

9. Does the PC support Wi-Fi?

The Minimal Gamers PCs are optimized for connection via Ethernet, as it ensures more stable performance and the lowest latency during gaming sessions. Some of our configurations allow you to choose the motherboard, so you can select one with integrated Wi-Fi if needed.

However, if you need to connect via Wi-Fi after purchasing one of our configurations without it, you have two options:

  • Request it at the time of order, so we can directly configure an internal Wi-Fi module for you.
  • Wait for the message from our technicians who write to all customers before shipping each PC, a convenient solution to integrate Wi-Fi directly before the PC is shipped.

10. Can I customize the PC configuration?

Yes, it is possible to request changes to the standard configuration available on the site.

11. What warranty do you offer on Gaming PCs?

All Minimal Gamers PCs are covered by 2 years of official warranty.

During the warranty period:

  • Any hardware defects are repaired or replaced free of charge in our laboratories (if the damage is of natural origin)
  • The return shipping costs to the laboratory are covered by us (via prepaid DHL waybill). You will only need to attach the waybill we provide via WhatsApp/email to the package and take it to the nearest DHL Point.
12. How can I request the Invoice?

In Minimal Gamers, we distinguish between private cUSTOMers and businesses/P.IVA.

👤 Private CUSTOMers

  • All purchases made by private individuals are regularized as daily receipts.
  • If you need a personalized electronic invoice, it is necessary to inform our CUSTOMer Care WhatsApp (or via email) within 12 days from the order date. Beyond this period, it will no longer be possible to issue it, as required by Italian tax regulations.
  • In any case, at the time of purchase, you will always receive the order confirmation via email, which serves as a receipt and must be kept: it will also serve as a valid document for the warranty.

🏢 Business CUSTOMers / VAT Number

  • For businesses, electronic invoices are issued automatically.
  • To complete the correct registration, it is necessary to send us a WhatsApp message or an email with:


    Company name


    VAT number


    SDI code (or PEC)


    Full address


  • We will also ask you for a confirmation of billing details to avoid errors before issuance.

👉 This way, we always ensure that the fiscal documentation is compliant and meets the needs of both individuals and companies.

13. Do you have a physical location?

Minimal Gamers is an online e-commerce.

  • The administrative offices are located in Casalnuovo (NA).


We do not receive the public: all orders must be placed online and deliveries are made exclusively via DHL EXPRESS courier

14. What if a component is not identical to the one shown on the site?

Each Minimal Gamers PC is assembled with original and cutting-edge components. In some VERY RARE EXCEPTIONAL CASES, it may happen that, at the time of assembly, a specific model or brand is not immediately available due to the high volume of daily orders or the supplier lead times.

In these situations, our policy is clear:


  • Any variations can only concern the brand or model, never the performance or quality range.

  • Each replacement is made with a component of equal or superior quality, never a downgrade.

  • For example: if the MSI motherboard is not available, we might install an ASUS or Gigabyte of the same or higher range; if a specific graphics card is not obtainable, we would use a premium cUSTOM version of higher value.

📌 How we further protect the cUSTOMer

In extremely rare cases, where a component is replaced with a model of the same level but from a slightly more economical brand, we always compensate with a concrete and tangible upgrade on another component of the PC.

An example: if a motherboard from a more economical brand is used, we would enhance the configuration with a cUSTOM graphics card of a higher level, ensuring an overall value even higher than the original order.

We remind you that all Minimal Gamers PCs are hand-assembled by our technicians. This means that behind every order is the real work of people who dedicate time, attention, and passion to each machine.

During periods of high load and stress, it may happen, in very rare cases among a vast number of orders, that a small error or an unexpected variation occurs.

As we always say: to err is human, but what matters is that we are always ready to listen, take care of the problem, and resolve it with the utmost speed and transparency.
