Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions related to the return of products purchased through the website www.minimalgamers.it, in compliance with the current consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, D.lgs. 206/2005 - Consumer Code).


1. Right of Withdrawal (art. 52 et seq. D.lgs. 206/2005)

In accordance with European regulations on e-commerce, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without obligation to provide a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively for non-customized products and not subject to assembly upon request.

To validly exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication via email to the address info@minimalgamers.it, indicating:

  • order number;

  • details of the product subject to withdrawal;

  • expressed intention to withdraw.


2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal (art. 59 D.lgs. 206/2005)

According to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, such as hand-assembled PCs based on the specific requests of the Customer;

  • supply of software or digital licenses requested by the Customer, activated at the time of delivery (e.g. Windows 11 Pro license);

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;

  • items on sale, promotion, or final sale, considered non-refundable;

  • products altered, damaged, or used by the Customer.


3.Product Return Conditions

In all cases where a return is allowed, the products must be returned:

  • in the same condition in which they were received (unused, not tampered with, complete with accessories);

  • in the original intact packaging;

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

The return request must be pre-approved by customer service. If accepted, Minimal Gamers will provide the Customer with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return.

Any shipments made without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


4.Order Cancellation

The Customer has the right to request the cancellation of the order within 60 (sixty) minutes from the purchase confirmation by contacting customer service.

After this period, the order enters the processing phase and:

  • the procurement of components begins;

  • custom assembly is initiated (where applicable).

Therefore, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order beyond this time window.


5. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the package and the products.In case of:

  • visible damage,

  • manufacturing defects,

  • incorrect or missing components,

the Customer must promptly communicate (within 48 hours) the issue via email to the address info@minimalgamers.it, attaching photographic documentation and a detailed description.

Minimal Gamers reserves the right to assess the damage and, if confirmed, will proceed with the replacement or repair of the product at no additional cost to the Customer.


6. Refund Methods and Timing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Customer will be informed via email about the outcome of the evaluation.

If the return is compliant, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of approval.

The time for the credit to appear may vary depending on the Customer's banking institution. If not received within 15 business days, please contact our customer service.
